When you’ve expanded your insurance business where you’ve gone national or even started selling insurance a state over, you’ll be putting to use tools like your autoresponder, quote engine and your website even more. One of the tools that will help you make a good income from your health insurance leads is your e-application tool. Remember that you don’t really have the time to fly in to help your prospects sign an app and it can be tedious doing that over the phone. Through e-applications, it’s going to provide you with a host of benefits without doubling your work to meet the needs of all your clients.

REGISTER NOW and take advantage of our lead-generation sytems to begin maximizing your conversion rate today.

Going online, your medical insurance leads will be able to benefit from self service speed. After educating them and after seeing all their insurance options with your help and support, your prospects will already have a good idea which policy is the one for them. Even without taking so much time from you, they’ll be able to sign an app through your e-application. All they have to do is sign in and start filling out the form for the application. Indeed, its convenience and efficiency rolled into one.

Navigation isn’t a problem either with the new features that the best e-applications have. With improved navigation, your prospects will have something that will guide them throughout the whole process of signing an app without a hitch. When delays can be experienced due to putting the wrong answers in or even omitting answering some questions in the app, this will never happen with tools like a progress bar, forward reverse control, prefilled entries and save and return. To top things off, e-applications have a readable design and they also have minimal questions.

In no time at all, you can succeed in getting your prospect from other states to sign an app with you. Make sure that you have e-application features when you want to make the most of your insurance business expansion. If you sign up here today, you’ll have many top notch leads that you can bring to a close through your new and improved e-application tool.

Your health insurance leads are interested in what you have to say, so you use their contact information and then give them a call. What should have started out as a really good conversation suddenly turns a little sour. By the end of the conversation, your prospect has told you that they don’t have time or they are going to think about purchasing an insurance plan first. So what went wrong?

REGISTER NOW and take advantage of our lead-generation sytems to begin maximizing your conversion rate today.

The story is all too common and a lot of new insurance agents don’t know how to make things better. If you started out well in your emails and the initial response was good, you should be able to close the deal with a call right? Obviously not all the time! Conversing over the phone and having your leads look through your site is a totally different matter. On a website, you have pretty pictures and a quote engine but on the phone all they have is, well, you.

The trick to a good call is typically starting off on the right foot. Insurance agents who aren’t routinely on calls with leads are unaware of this fact but it’s true. The first 10 to 15 seconds of your call are what matter the most. Studies show that those first couple of seconds takes the place of the sizing up which happens during regular conversation. That’s why they are so important and so critical to the conversation.

Making the first couple of seconds count is easy as long as you know what to do. Of course, you always start off with a smile. Yes, just like regular conversation you need to smile. Amazingly humans can tell when someone is smiling merely by the tone of their voice.

You should also make sure to have a professional, confident and yet friendly tone but not too friendly or too professional. A perky voice helps although try not to be too irritating and high pitched throughout the conversation. Over confidence unfortunately does not work well because it makes you seem cocky and besides, you don’t want to sound like a telemarketer. Practice on a recorder or answering machine and that should also help your tone.

Insurance sales call can be hard on newbies but it’s easier as you go along. Have enough insurance leads to contact and practice on by purchasing them from us now!

Blogs have become and continue to be effective means to reach your insurance leads. That is of course, provided that you actually have the skills to do it. Blogs aren’t like articles in that they are more personal. They also take up a lot of time if you really want them to be successful. There is however a lot of advantages to having your own blog and these advantages are listed below.

REGISTER NOW and take advantage of our lead-generation sytems to begin maximizing your conversion rate today.

First of all, blogs are obviously great way to ensure that your website has new content for your insurance leads. Remember that search engines such as Google run algorithms to check websites and figure out their search rankings. One of the best ways to increase this search ranking is with the use of keyword related content. It is also important to remember that Google also looks at fresh content rather than recycled content. Given these facts, you will see that blogs don’t just provide a way for you to reach your insurance sales leads but also a way for you to increase your insurance sales conversions by making you more visible to the online public.

You will also find that blogs are a great way to get your leads to visit and revisit your site. As you add more and more information to your blog, you’ll find that prospects will visit your site more often. This is because they will be drawn to how interesting the blog is (if of course it’s actually interesting). This influx of information will portray you as an expert in the field which in turn will build your credibility. As we all know, the more credible you are, the more likely your leads will sign up for insurance plans with you.

Lastly, blogs personalize your website. Remember that your website is meant to be simple and professional which means that you aren’t really able to talk to your leads as you normally would. In the case of the blogs on your website however, you have the advantage of personalizing your message and letting your hair down.

If you want to make your blogs targeted to more types of insurance leads then you’ve got to make sure you’ve got the right insurance leads. Get targeted and high quality insurance leads from us. Sign up now!

Agents who are involved in the strategic business field of insurance leads hunting probably already know the strains and countless hours spent on deals that usually don’t bear the fruits that is so often wished for.

REGISTER NOW and take advantage of our lead-generation sytems to begin maximizing your conversion rate today.

The hectic hunt for insurance leads is one that takes both perception and patience. Putting it shortly, it really isn’t for everybody. So whether you are looking for a place to dispense or generate leads that are worth your time, you should be aware that there are other means in properly managing your insurance leads flow through a good insurance marketing medium.

You see, the problem most agents have is that they don’t have control of their leads flow and they spend too much time focusing on bulking their lead pool rather than actually closing the entire deal. This has proven to be a poor technique that – in the end – doesn’t benefit you at all since you won’t have any deals that you would gain referrals from.

The best way to approach this is to actually have a source of loyal client base – and in some cases this would mean that you’d have to purchase your leads online from a reliable site that is worth buying from.

One other tip is to know as much as you can about how insurance marketing and understand the flow as to how it really works. This is because with a lack of understanding in this field, there is a big chance that you might spend too much time focusing on the generating part rather than understanding how referrals actually benefit you more.

So whether you are an agent in the field looking for a new means of generating leads or simply trying to gain more understanding of how the balance between client and agent works, this would be the best time to invest some time to gather up tips and tricks on how to close and start a deal with a client.

Don’t think that this would be time wasted, this would be time invested for future advantage. So why not see how much better you could be as an agent. Check out our health insurance leads. Sign up now!

There are a couple of ways to approach a sale. Traditionally, the method has leaned more towards confidence and assertiveness. However, new age methods of communicating with your insurance leads have been geared towards a mixture of hard selling and a mixture of consultative or soft selling. Though the two both focus on selling, the differences lie in the method of conversing with prospects. The assertiveness does not necessarily change, however the tone of communication does and so do a lot of the words used in scripting.

REGISTER NOW and take advantage of our lead-generation sytems to begin maximizing your conversion rate today.

Tone is extremely important in conveying customer service, especially since your health insurance leads aren’t able to see your face and therefore see your expressions. According to most studies on communication, facial expression makes up for roughly 80% of all communication. Since your tone reflects your facial expression, this means that your tone makes up for roughly the same amount. Given that, it makes sense to adjust your tone when talking to your potential prospect.

In order to make sure your tone is conducive to sales, you have to be as sincere as you possibly can. A lot of agents find it hard to adjust their tone but there are a couple of things you can do in order to ensure that your tone is right for the prospect you are talking to.

Being aware of your facial expression when you talk is the first step to fixing your tone, Smiling for example, may not seem like a big deal when you’re on the phone but what you may not know is that a smile on your call will reflect when you are talking to your insurance leads. A good practice that is carried out by most agents is to have a mirror beside them so that they know when they are frowning. This simple technique can improve your tone significantly.

Posture is also important. When you sit up straight, your voice isn’t muffled or unclear, whereas slouching can, more often than not, make you sound uninterested.

Tone is also affected by hand gestures. If you tend to talk with your hands, don’t repress the urge when you feel it. This technique will not only make you sound more spontaneous, it will also help you concentrate better.

Need more tips on your tone and communication? There’s a lot of it in store for you with our newsletter. Need leads? Sign up and get loads of our high quality insurance leads.

When you write an email to your prospects, there’s always the choice between call and click. Asking your insurance sales leads to give you a call can be a little too much. Obviously, it’s not as effective as you might think. Can you remember an instance when you pick up the phone and call the number written on the email that is selling you something?

REGISTER NOW and take advantage of our lead-generation sytems to begin maximizing your conversion rate today.

When you go with clicking a link on the other hand, it can be less demanding. Since they’re already online, they’ll likely communicate with you through the internet and not over the phone. A good example on how you can get your insurance leads to click on a link on your email is to provide them the link to the proposal you made for them. It can pique their curiosity to know what type of plan you’ve found them. When they review it, you’ll get a notice in your inbox that your proposal has been viewed. It’s your job to initiate the phone contact by giving them a call so that you can go over the proposal more thoroughly.

When you’re sending an email to your prospects, click clearly outshines call. But the process should start by getting your email opened. This can likely happen if you put your name and the name of your agency in the “from line”. This will let your prospects know from whom the email came from. This can also increase the credibility of your email and will not be labeled as a spam.

As interested as they are with insurance, you have to take charge. Calling your prospect after they clicked on the link to your proposal will ensure that you have something to talk about. When you go through the proposal with them, it’s an effective tool of getting them more interested in working with you. From there, you can show your concern and interest on helping them out in coming up with a policy that fits their needs and budget. When they hear your genuine concern and not the interest of your pocket, you’ll likely get the insurance sales you want.

Do you find your insurance campaign leading nowhere? Add spark to your insurance marketing by calling hot leads that can’t wait to hear their insurance options.

Baby boomers are coming of age and they’re ready and they qualify for insurance. Are you one of the agents who are ready to tap into that market? When you have medical insurance and Medicare in your list of products it’s time that you find a good leads provider to partner with so that you can start expanding your horizons and get higher conversion rates. You have to take down old and traditional beliefs you have about the seniors like they don’t make use of the internet to find what they need.

REGISTER NOW and take advantage of our lead-generation sytems to begin maximizing your conversion rate today.

You have to find a leads provider that provides you with the ability to filter your leads. Maybe you want to target your search for people who have a good potential of being Medicare leads, you have to be able to set the parameters in finding leads who are 65 years of age or over. Aside from your insurance marketing tactics of direct mail and telemarketing, you can utilize the internet to get internet driven seniors who are actively in search for and willing to sign an app on the insurance policies you have.

Besides the filters, you also need to have a leads provider that will give you the contact information for these leads as soon as they get them in their system. You need to get leads that are time-stamped so that you have some kind of proof of the quality and freshness of the leads that you have. Finally, it’s not enough for senior leads to just fill out the quote form on the leads provider’s website. You’ll have a better chance with insurance sales when you have leads who specifically requested to be contacted by you so that they can get more information about the coverage they need.

By the day, there are many seniors being qualified for Medicare and other kinds of medical insurance policies. It’s by far the most undersold markets. You can do well in the business with putting your efforts into getting leads like these from your leads provider and selling insurance to this market. There are a lot of them and the competition isn’t so heavy yet. You are in for a money making frenzy. It’s with keeping tabs on the news like this that you get ahead of your competitors.

You also need a good follow up system on your colder leads. If you’ve called your lead up as soon as you get them and there are no bites, don’t be hasty filing this lead away just yet.

To get good return of investment on your health insurance leads, you have to give your prospects another call. You have to understand that you need to get into their schedules – and not your schedule getting into them. If you’re pursuing a group leads, you’re likely to catch the boss with a free time during mid-afternoon. It might just be the free moment you need to close the sale. If you are unable to catch them in a good time, email the things that you wanted to tell them so they can go over it during their free time. Schedule it on a Friday afternoon and when the hectic days of the week are passed.

Your lifeline to success with insurance is your inbox, so you have to watch it like a hawk. Yes, you have to follow up with all your leads but you also have to pounce upon motivated insurance leads that are in the market for insurance right now. With leads being delivered to you at real time, you need to have your hand on the phone dialing that prospect’s number. While they have insurance in mind, put in your best foot forward and pull up your effective sales pitches – and you’ll know what happens next.

Do you want to see increase on your sales conversion ratio? So do we. Sign up now and learn more about how our insurance leads can bring up your sales success rate.

A lot of times, insurance leads that aren’t closed on the second or third try end up in the garbage bin. But every top agent will tell you that’s giving up too soon. Especially when you purchased your online leads, you’ve got to make the best out of your investment. Whether you’re buying exclusive or shared leads, money is spent and you won’t get much ROI if you only throw it out in just a couple of tries.

REGISTER NOW and take advantage of our lead-generation sytems to begin maximizing your conversion rate today.

So when is the best time to give up on your leads? How would you know that you are putting too much time and effort to a seemingly cold lead? The answer comes in one word – NEVER. Unless you were told point blank that they don’t need your email or calls and taken you out from their email list (which is not too bad since you’ll not be wasting anymore time on them), you don’t stop marketing.

Although there is no magic number on how many times should you attempt to touch base after receiving your fresh health insurance leads on your inbox, most experts agree that it’s 6 to 8 times. Three phone calls and three marketing emails spread over a week are just enough. If your efforts haven’t still gotten a sale, you can send them a very well thought of proposal through the snail-paced mail. It may sound overkill but remember that online insurance shoppers generally takes more time to make a decision and needs more information compared to leads taken from referrals.

If despite your numerous attempts and you still haven’t pushed your prospects into their buying decisions, you can still continuously market to them through the use of autoresponder. Two messages twice a month on the first six months and once a month message beyond six months is not a bad frequency. Keep in mind that you no longer have to put in extra effort and time to market to them. Your autoresponder will keep your insurance offer in front of them effortlessly for long period of time virtually doing nothing.

With vast resources and information they can gather in the internet, they would usually want to go over their options more thoroughly – unless you give them enough reason to stop from shopping around.

Are you getting your money’s worth with the online leads you’re buying? If you think you deserved better, sign up today and enjoy easier closing using our high quality insurance leads.

Maybe most of the insurance agents are asking when is the right time to let go of their prospects especially those dormant and unresponsive leads. Maybe most of you want to lessen the number of dormant prospects because it may eat away your time in focusing to your new insurance leads. But the answer to your question is almost never. Do not easily give up on your dormant and unresponsive leads because they can be a sale in time.

REGISTER NOW and take advantage of our lead-generation sytems to begin maximizing your conversion rate today.

Instead of thinking when to say goodbye, start thinking for ways to convert them to a sale. First, learn to manage your prospects by categorizing them in hot prospects, warm prospects and cold prospects. Hot prospects are those people who are really interested to purchase and they just waiting for the right time to write a check. Warm prospects are those people who are interested but they are not just willing to buy at this moment. Cold prospects are those people are not responding with your emails. Organizing your prospects will help you to budget your time.

You may be tempted to remove cold prospects in your mailing list but never do it unless they tell you to remove them from your mailing list. Sending email auto responder, email specials and newsletter will not cost you anything or will not take too much of your effort so do not abandon your cold prospects. This is the best way to get in touch with them and who knows they will choose you when they decided to purchase. Sometimes insurance leads are just waiting for more information so they can weigh their options. Do not forget to check the age of your prospects to ensure that you are sending the correct insurance for them.

When prospects initiate to say goodbye, do not take it personally, it is really part of your business. Consider this as a help, because you can easily remove them from your database and at the same time you are cleaning your database.

Increasing insurance sales will not happen overnight, it takes time and effort. If you need more help or tips in increasing sales, do not hesitate to call our lead specialists or fill out the contact form and they will call you back within the day.
